Manchester City are reportedly preparing a sensational £200m double swoop that could leave Everton disappointed while potentially handing Tottenham Hotspur a major advantage in the transfer market.

Ndiaye has reportedly turned down approaches from Al-Hilal and another Saudi Arabian club, with his preference being to continue playing in the Premier League.
