Van Dijk explained that while the result was a significant setback, the reality is that a dangerous and motivated PSG side awaits them in midweek. He added that the packed schedule offers little time to dwell on disappointment, with another challenging Premier League fixture against Fulham also on the horizon.
With the Champions League now representing Liverpool’s last realistic opportunity to secure silverware this season, the task ahead looks daunting.
