Barcelona need reinforcements at the back, but Tottenham aren’t making it cheap. 😬💸
SPORT reports that Spurs want £75 million (about €89 million) for right-back Pedro Porro if Barça make a move in summer 2027.
Porro, 27, recently put pen to paper on a deal running to 2031, so Tottenham don’t have to sell and can hold out for their price.
Barcelona have competition too, with Real Madrid also reported to be interested in the Spaniard.
If Porro turns out to be too expensive, Barça have reportedly looked at Sporting CP’s Iván Fresneda as a backup.
For now, no deal has been agreed, and Spurs’ high valuation could complicate any negotiations.
Barça fans, would you spend nearly €90 million on Porro, or is a cheaper alternative the smarter call?
