RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande is attracting strong interest from Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United, according to talkSPORT.
Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain have also made early approaches for the 19-year-old Ivory Coast international. Leipzig are reluctant to sell midway through the season, while Diomande’s involvement at the Africa Cup of Nations further complicates any January deal.
Although Leipzig have placed a €100m (£87.2m) valuation on the teenager, interested clubs believe that figure is inflated and feel a deal could be struck closer to €60m (£52.3m). A summer move is seen as the more realistic option.
Diomande is regarded as one of the brightest young talents in world football after an outstanding first season in Germany. Since arriving from Leganes, he has produced seven goals and four assists in 16 appearances across all competitions. With it being his debut campaign at the club, Leipzig are under no pressure to cash in.
Manchester United remain in the market for a winger after missing out on Antoine Semenyo, with wide reinforcements still part of their longer-term plans despite midfield being the main focus.
Tottenham are also keen to strengthen on the left flank and continue to monitor Manchester City’s Savinho, although a move last summer was blocked by City CEO Ferran Soriano.
Liverpool have been linked with Diomande as well, but talkSPORT understands there has been no recent contact from the Reds.
Diomande’s rise has been rapid. As recently as 2024, he was playing semi-professional football in the United States before moving to Leganes in Spain. He scored his first goal in May 2025 and impressed in just ten LaLiga appearances, prompting Leipzig to trigger his release clause less than a year later.
Since joining the Bundesliga side, he has scored six league goals and added another in the DFB-Pokal. On the international stage, Diomande has already earned seven caps for Ivory Coast and has featured in every match for his country at AFCON.
