Tottenham are reportedly considering tying Luka Vuskovic down to a new long-term contract as his profile continues to grow. That move comes as no surprise, with a number of top European clubs keeping tabs on the highly rated teenager, who has now addressed his future publicly.
The Spurs centre-back has already made it clear he won’t be returning to north London in January, choosing instead to complete his loan spell at Hamburg. The 18-year-old has since spoken to the German media about his plans for next season and, while he stopped short of offering any guarantees, admitted he would be happy to extend his stay at HSV.
Quoted by Hamburger Abendblatt via Sport Witness, Vuskovic said that although his ultimate dream is to end his career at boyhood club Hajduk Split, he would welcome the chance to continue developing in Hamburg.
