Tottenham Hotspur reach a swift verdict on Igor Tudor’s future after the loss to Nottingham Forest.

Tottenham Hotspur suffered a damaging 3-0 home defeat to Nottingham Forest on Sunday, worsening their fears of relegation.

Goals from Igor Jesus, Morgan Gibbs-White, and Taiwo Awoniyi handed manager Igor Tudor his fifth defeat since taking over in February. Spurs now sit 17th in the Premier League, just one point above West Ham United, who dropped into the relegation zone after losing 2-0 to Aston Villa.

The clash had been viewed as a crucial match for both sides fighting to stay up, and reports suggest the result has placed Tudor’s job under intense pressure.

Since replacing Thomas Frank, the Croatian has recorded just one win—a 3-2 victory over Atlético Madrid in the Champions League round of 16 second leg—though Spurs were still knocked out 7-5 on aggregate. In the league, his side has managed only one point, earned from a draw against Liverpool.

Tudor did not attend post-match media duties following the defeat after receiving news of a death in his immediate family, as reported by Alasdair Gold.

Should the club decide to change managers, they are expected to look for someone experienced in relegation battles. Sean Dyche has been mentioned as a possible candidate, although he is reportedly hesitant about taking the role.

Former Spurs bosses Glenn Hoddle and Harry Redknapp have also been linked with returns. Speaking at the Cheltenham Festival, Redknapp suggested he would be open to the job, emphasizing the urgent need to rebuild confidence within the squad and warning that the club faces a serious battle to avoid relegation. ⚠️
