Jose Mourinho, who had been keen to retain the striker within his squad, is understood to have eased his stance after accepting that regular starts may be hard to come by for the youngster in Madrid. The final call now effectively rests with Endrick himself, with interest already building from several clubs across the continent.
Tottenham’s hopes are tempered by the conditions Endrick is said to have set for his next move. He reportedly wants to join a side involved in European football, ideally in the Champions League, while also seeking firm assurances over regular game time — terms that Spurs are not currently well placed to guarantee.
Roma and Aston Villa have both entered the frame, according to AS, and are reportedly better positioned to meet those requirements. Even so, Spurs’ interest remains far from a lost cause.
