Liverpool remain strongly linked with a summer move for PSG duo Bradley Barcola and Ibrahim Mbaye.
According to RMC Sport, Mbaye has already agreed personal terms on a five-year contract with Liverpool and is prepared to make the switch to the Premier League. However, the Reds still need to reach an agreement with PSG over the transfer.
Barcola is also a major target for Liverpool, with the 23-year-old eager to resolve his future soon. He has been left out of PSG’s current squad as he waits for clarity over his next move.
Liverpool are reportedly in ongoing talks over both players as they look to strengthen their options out wide. Manager Andoni Iraola has highlighted the need for more quality in the wide areas, making reinforcements a key priority before the transfer window closes.
The Reds struggled after losing Luis Diaz last season and now also have to cope without Mohamed Salah. Bringing in two high-quality wingers could significantly improve their attacking options.
However, both Barcola and Mbaye are expected to command sizeable transfer fees. Liverpool have also been linked with Brighton winger Yankuba Minteh.
With neither Barcola nor Mbaye guaranteed regular football at PSG, a move to Liverpool could offer both players the opportunity to play a bigger role and continue developing at the highest level.
