Tottenham Fans Vow Post-Match Protests Against Board Regardless of Relegation Outcome

A leading Tottenham Hotspur supporters’ group has confirmed plans to stage protests against the club’s board after Sunday’s season finale against Everton, with demonstrations set to go ahead whatever the result.

Spurs head into the final day of the Premier League season in a precarious position, sitting just two points above the relegation zone following Tuesday’s defeat to Chelsea. Against that backdrop, fan group Change for Tottenham (CFT) issued a forceful statement making clear that anti-board action will continue once the final whistle sounds at Goodison Park.

The group, which has been behind a number of protests throughout the campaign, laid the blame for Tottenham’s alarming decline squarely at the feet of the club’s leadership. Chief among their grievances were the late decision to remove Thomas Frank and the appointment of Igor Tudor — moves CFT believe directly contributed to the team’s poor run of form.

Supporters have been urged to remain in their seats after the match and display protest banners, though CFT was equally clear that during the 90 minutes themselves, the priority must be getting behind the players. The group acknowledged the magnitude of what is at stake and called on fans to generate a strong atmosphere, with manager Roberto De Zerbi said to regard the fixture as carrying even greater weight than last season’s Europa League final.

The statement also took aim at the club’s inactivity in January, with Conor Gallagher singled out as the only senior addition despite the squad’s glaring deficiencies.

More broadly, CFT painted a damning picture of an institution in decline — one that has slipped from regularly contending for trophies to battling relegation, all while occupying one of the most impressive stadiums in world football. For those behind the protests, that fall from grace is not simply a run of bad luck, but the predictable result of sustained mismanagement at boardroom level.
