Savinho continues to stand out as one of Tottenham’s primary attacking targets. The Brazilian winger has been consistently linked with a move to N17, with reports suggesting talks are ongoing between Spurs and Manchester City over a potential transfer.
Negotiations have reportedly been in progress for some time, and finalising a deal for Savinho before the window shuts would represent a significant boost for De Zerbi. His pace, creativity and versatility across both flanks could add a new dimension to Tottenham’s attack.
Chelsea winger Pedro Neto has also been mentioned as a possible alternative should the Savinho deal fall through, with reports indicating Tottenham have monitored him for some time as a potential option on the left side. Interest is not limited to Spurs, however — Saudi club Al-Hilal are said to have opened discussions with Chelsea over a transfer, with a financial package reportedly already put to the player.
Savinho Should Stay The Priority
Tottenham would be well advised to keep Savinho as their primary focus rather than diverting attention toward alternative targets. The winger is understood to favour a move to N17, which could work in Spurs’ favour as negotiations progress ahead of the deadline.
At just 22, Savinho also carries considerable scope for further development, and working under De Zerbi could help him grow into one of the Premier League’s most dynamic wide players.
Should Tottenham complete deals for both Savinho and Cody Gakpo, their midfield and attacking unit would look notably stronger. Both additions would bring greater creativity, pace and goal threat, offering De Zerbi more tactical flexibility in team selection.
