Randal Kolo Muani appears destined to leave Tottenham on a permanent basis this summer, with Juventus positioning themselves as the leading candidates to secure the Paris Saint-Germain striker.
The French international endured a largely underwhelming loan spell at Spurs, failing to establish himself as a reliable presence in the side. As a result, a return to PSG at the end of the season looks all but certain — though his time with the Parisian club is also expected to come to an end.
According to Le 10 Sport, PSG and Juventus are already in preliminary discussions over a deal that could take Kolo Muani back to Italy — a country where he previously flourished at the highest level.
The numbers tell a clear story. In 54 appearances for PSG, the 27-year-old managed only 11 goals, and his loan stint at Tottenham yielded just five in 38 outings. His earlier stint with Juventus, however, painted a very different picture — 10 goals in 22 appearances, suggesting the Italian environment suits him far better.
With Tottenham facing a significant rebuild following a disappointing season, the striker is not expected to feature in the club’s future plans. Juventus, on the other hand, could view him as a cost-effective solution, particularly with Dusan Vlahovic’s contract entering its final phase. While Kolo Muani may not command the status of Europe’s top-tier forwards, his Serie A track record suggests he is more than capable of delivering at that level once again.
