June 30 is the day most football contracts either roll over or run out, and at Spurs there’s plenty of change happening as Roberto De Zerbi reshapes his first-team squad while the club also refreshes its academy ranks.
Tottenham have already brought in four new faces on free transfers — Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi and Martin Dubravka all officially join tomorrow, alongside the £52m deal already agreed with Brighton for Jan Paul van Hecke. The club are also pushing for more additions, having held talks over big-money moves for midfielders Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes, though competition is fierce for both from Newcastle and West Ham respectively. Manchester City winger Savinho also remains on the radar.
On the retention side, Pedro Porro and Ben Davies have signed new contracts, while Antonin Kinsky is expected to put pen to paper on a lucrative long-term deal soon.
But for 12 players, today marks their last day as Spurs employees as their contracts come to an end:
Alejo Veliz (Bahia) — moves permanently to Rosario for £7.8m at the end of his loan
Yves Bissouma — contract expired
Pele Arganese-McDermott (Crawley Town) — free transfer as deal ends
Tyrell Ashcroft — contract expired
Leo Black — contract expired
Dante Cassanova — contract expired
Matthew Craig — contract expired
Calum Logan — contract expired
Leon Myrtaj (Debreceni VSC) — free transfer as deal ends
