🚨 Curtis Jones has reportedly agreed personal terms with Inter Milan, with Liverpool valuing the midfielder at around €40 million.

Curtis Jones continues to attract interest from abroad, with Italian champions Inter Milan reportedly keen on signing the Liverpool midfielder this summer.

According to Quotidiano Sportivo, Liverpool are demanding around €40 million for the 25-year-old, although it remains uncertain whether Inter are willing to meet that valuation.

Journalist Gianluigi Longari claims Jones already agreed personal terms with Inter back in February, meaning the remaining hurdle is for the two clubs to reach an agreement over the transfer fee.

Jones is reportedly open to the move and could be eager to secure a new chapter in his career as soon as possible.

Can Inter reach an agreement for Jones?

Inter are believed to be looking for a more affordable deal, while Liverpool will want to receive a significant fee for a player who has developed through their academy and established himself at senior level.

Losing Jones would leave Liverpool with less depth in central midfield, making it important for the club to find a suitable replacement if the transfer goes through.

For Jones, however, a move to Serie A could offer an exciting opportunity. After several seasons competing in the Premier League, the midfielder could benefit from experiencing Italian football and taking on a fresh challenge.

Jones could benefit from a fresh start

Regular playing time has been difficult to secure for Jones at Liverpool, and a move to Inter could give him the opportunity to feature more consistently.

At 25, he is entering an important stage of his career, and playing regularly for a club competing for major honours could help him take his game to another level.

While Inter may consider the €40 million price tag expensive, Jones’ age, experience and potential could make the investment worthwhile in the long run.
