Spurs Fans in Meltdown as Dele Alli Confirms Tottenham’s Blockbuster New Arrival — DEAL DONE!

With the transfer window winding down, Tottenham’s business has picked up pace, and the last day has thrown up a couple of surprise twists.

It looks like Spurs have missed out on Cody Gakpo, with Manchester City now the favourites to land the Liverpool forward. But Tottenham haven’t dwelt on that setback, quickly shifting focus to another Premier League forward instead.

Reports suggest Tottenham have struck a deal with Everton for a double swoop, bringing Iliman Ndiaye to north London while sending Richarlison back to Goodison Park in a separate transaction.

Dele Alli, who left Tottenham the same summer Ndiaye arrived at Everton in 2024, seems to have kept a soft spot for the winger. When Fabrizio Romano posted the update on Instagram, Dele weighed in with a one-word verdict praising the move, a reaction likely to lift Spurs fans after a tough 2025/26 season.

Tottenham have lacked cutting edge going forward, and with Mathys Tel still finding his feet as the go-to left winger, Ndiaye’s Premier League know-how could hand Roberto De Zerbi a ready-made alternative. Across his two years at Everton following his move from Marseille, the 21-year-old netted 16 times, proof he can chip in with goals on a consistent basis. Spurs fans will be hoping he brings the spark, unpredictability, and firepower this attack has been missing.
