Thomas Frank faced a harsh reception from Aston Villa fans during Tottenham Hotspur’s FA Cup third-round clash.
The Danish manager came under fire after being spotted drinking from a cup featuring an Arsenal logo.
Villa supporters mocked him with chants of “Thomas Frank is an Arsenal fan” following the incident, which came just before Spurs’ defeat to Bournemouth earlier in the week.
They didn’t stop there, also singing “You’re getting sacked in the morning,” adding to Frank’s troubles. Some Spurs fans even joined in on this chant, highlighting the uncertainty surrounding his job just six months after taking over from Ange Postecoglou.
Tottenham currently sit 14th in the Premier League, with seven wins and eight losses from 21 matches.
