Tottenham Complete Major Deadline Day Double Move for Chelsea Duo
Tottenham Hotspur have made a huge late move on Deadline Day as Roberto De Zerbi’s side close in on two major additions from Chelsea.
Spurs have reached an agreement with Chelsea over deals for Mykhailo Mudryk and Tosin Adarabioyo, in a dramatic late double swoop designed to strengthen both their attack and defence.
Mudryk is set to join Tottenham on loan, with reports indicating that Spurs will have a £75 million option to buy the Ukrainian winger at the end of the season. Adarabioyo, meanwhile, is moving on a permanent transfer, giving De Zerbi another experienced centre-back option.
The double deal comes after Tottenham had already invested heavily in their squad this summer, bringing in high-profile additions including Sandro Tonali, Mateus Fernandes and Sávio as De Zerbi looks to completely reshape the team.
The timing is significant, with the Premier League transfer window closing at 11pm on September 1, leaving Spurs and Chelsea racing to complete the necessary paperwork before the deadline.
For Tottenham supporters, the potential arrival of Mudryk and Adarabioyo represents another major statement from the club. Mudryk could provide additional pace and attacking threat, while Adarabioyo would add depth and physicality to a defence that De Zerbi has been working to rebuild.
With the clock ticking on Deadline Day, Tottenham are pushing to get both deals over the line and complete another major chapter in their extraordinary summer transfer window.
