Fabrizio Romano claims Tottenham have struck a verbal agreement to bring in seasoned left-back Andy Robertson, who has just departed Liverpool after nine years at the club. Robertson, 32, remained a key contributor for Liverpool right to the end, featuring 36 times across all competitions last season — 24 of those in the Premier League.
