Arsenal reportedly set to part ways with Gabriel Martinelli and Ethan Nwaneri after the duo were left out of the Community Shield squad. The pair did not travel to Cardiff for Arsenal’s 3–0 win over Manchester City, fuelling speculation that both could leave the club this summer.
According to reports, Galatasaray have held talks over a potential deal for both players, although Martinelli has already rejected a verbal offer worth around £40 million.
Martinelli made 30 appearances last season as Arsenal lifted the Premier League title, while Nwaneri remains one of the youngest players in Premier League history. With Arsenal boasting a deep squad and competition for places increasing, neither player is believed to have a long-term future at the Emirates.
