Liverpool Push for PSG Double Deal
Liverpool are continuing their pursuit of PSG duo Bradley Barcola and Ibrahim Mbaye as they look to strengthen their attacking options before the transfer window closes.
According to RMC Sport, 18-year-old Ibrahim Mbaye has reportedly agreed to a five-year contract with Liverpool and is ready to make the move to Anfield. However, the Reds still need to reach an agreement with PSG over a transfer fee.
Barcola remains Liverpool’s main priority. The 23-year-old winger is currently waiting for clarity over his future and has reportedly been left out of PSG’s squad amid the uncertainty surrounding a potential transfer.
Liverpool are understood to be in active negotiations over both players, with manager Andoni Iraola keen to add more quality and depth to the wide areas.
The Reds are in need of attacking reinforcements following the departures of Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah, making the signing of two talented wingers a major priority.
However, landing both Barcola and Mbaye is expected to require a significant financial investment. Liverpool have also shown interest in Brighton winger Yankuba Minteh.
With both Mbaye and Barcola facing strong competition for regular playing time at PSG, a move to Liverpool could offer them the opportunity to play a bigger role and continue their development in the Premier League.
