Tottenham Make Shock Late Move for Chelsea Goalkeeper Robert Sanchez Before Deadline

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly made a surprise late move for Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez as they look to strengthen their options between the posts before the transfer window closes.

According to reports from TEAMtalk, Spurs are considering bringing in another goalkeeper and have identified the 28-year-old Spaniard as a potential target.

Sanchez has been made available by Chelsea following the arrival of Emiliano Martinez from Aston Villa, leaving the goalkeeper facing an uncertain future at Stamford Bridge.

A move to Tottenham could offer Sanchez a fresh start, although regular first-team football may be difficult to secure. Antonin Kinsky remains Spurs’ first-choice goalkeeper, while Martin Dubravka is also available.

Sanchez previously impressed during his time with both Chelsea and Brighton and could provide valuable experience and depth to Roberto De Zerbi’s squad.

With the deadline fast approaching, it remains to be seen whether Tottenham will complete a late deal for the Chelsea goalkeeper.
